The IMAGINE! Fund-Raiser
Your school group sells tickets to the
"IMAGINE" hypnosis show in school and in the community and then keeps a
percentage of the proceeds. The percentage your group keeps is based on
ticket sales. The following is a list of frequently asked questions
about the program....
How much are tickets?
That is up to your group to decide. Generally, between $5 and $8 is suggested.
Many schools decide to sell tickets at a lower rate (e.g. $5) prior to the show
and at a slightly higher rate (e.g. $7) on the evening of the performance.
Ticket prices should be based on the group's fund-raising goals and the
projected number of attendees.
What percentage of the proceeds does
our school group keep? The more tickets your group
sells, the more you make! Schools have the potential of retaining up to fifty
percent of the gross ticket sales.
Do we have any financial obligations
prior to the performance? Your school group does not
need to put down any pre-payment prior to the performance. If your school group
needs to postpone or cancel, performances may be canceled prior to the day of
the show without penalty.
How will you help us raise funds?
We will supply your school with advertising materials, including a video to air
in "high traffic areas" in your school, a press release and poster ideas.
